GRACE with Dr. Jack Cottrell |
| |
7:00-9:00pm Friday; 8:00am - 12:00pm Saturday (a light breakfast will be served) |
| |
Romans 6:14 says, “You are not under law, but under grace.” Dr. Cottrell’s “Grace” course will show that being “under grace” means we are in a continuing state of forgiveness, that we have “blessed assurance” of our present state of salvation and that we have within us the power to live a life of victory over sin. |

THE BOOK OF REVELATION with Dr. Mark Moore |
| |
“Revelation: Martin Luther wanted to kick it out of the cannon because he said that any book named “Revelation” should reveal something to believers. He was frustrated because so many walked away from their reading more confused than enlightened. I agree with Martin that the book should only be retained if it does, in fact, bless the church. I disagree with him about the level of blessing one can receive from reading this majestic treatise. In fact, this is the only book of the Bible with a promised blessing for reading it, 1:3, “Blessed is the one who reads the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near.” Perhaps the problem is not the content of the book but the quality of our questions. Perhaps if we ask the right questions of the book, it will yield immensely important answers to the questions of our lives that really matter.” |

SPIRITUAL FORMATION with Dr. David Timms |
| |
This course focuses on the need for balance between radical dependence on God plus personal discipline and discusses the dynamics of obedience and application. Answer two questions. Do you believe God can accomplish his mission? Do you believe God can accomplish his mission without you sacrificing intimacy with his son? This class will help you conform to the image of Jesus! |

HEAVEN & HELL with Dr. Johnny Pressley |
| |
If heaven is our real home should we not long for it? If hell is as horrible as scripture states should we not warn people of its reality! Truth is, most people believe in heaven, but rarely contemplate what going there involves and most simply do not believe hell exists! Come find out what the Bibles says about both places and how scriptural fact will change your thoughts concerning eternity. |

THE HOLY SPIRIT with Dr. Mark Moore |
| |
Holy Spirit: Beyond the theological battles over tongues and prophecy, power encounters and mystical experiences, is a loving person, very much God, who not only fellowships with the trinity, but desires to fellowship with you intimately and personally. Does it not seem strange that the one member of the Godhead who dwells within us is the most allusive to us? This ought not to be. The Holy Spirit‑-The Father’s breath and Jesus’ successor—longs for you to meet him, submit to him, and learn to walk with him. |

LIVING LIKE A MISSIONARY with Michael Brown |
| |
When you see the word “missionary,” what is the first image that comes to your mind? Is it some sweet older lady feeding the poor in India? Is it the family who serves tirelessly among the tribal villages of Africa? Or is it the pastor who is planting a church among the Chinese community in New York City? Now isn’t it ironic that despite the weight of Biblical evidence for the fact that every Christian is commissioned by God to be a missionary, we often times do not think of ourselves that way? Where is the breakdown? In this weekend seminar, we will explore the exciting possibilities of being a modern-day missionary, someone who simply “shares Christ’s love where they live, work and play.” A Compassion-Driven Christian. A Spirit-Saturated Saint. A Cultural Insider. An Evangelistic Team Player. And a Spiritual Conversationalist. Just five qualifications for doing missionary work right where you are! |
