I have read the Central Park guidelines and understand my responsibilities as renter of the facility for the time contracted. I understand my rental period is for the time listed above and that I cannot come earlier than my contracted begining time and that I need to leave no later than my contracted ending time. I also understand that if I cancel this party, I will recieve a partial refund of $20, not the full rental fee of $60.

RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT: as additional consideration for the rental of this facility, Licensee hereby releases and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Westerville Christian Church, the Journey Group, their Elders, Directors, Deacons and Staff for any and all liability, claims, actions, demands and judgements for loss of life, or damage or injury to person or property, including but not limited to attorneys' fees and all other expenses arising from or in connection with the use of this facility under this agreement.
