How long until I can pick up my order?

Most orders take 3-5 business days to arrive. However if there is a delay or issue in finding the item we will contact you via email and phone.

How do I know my order has arrived?

We will call and email you once it arrives.

What if I do not know the price of my item?

We will contact you and confirm the price prior to purchasing if no price was noted on the form or if the price has gone up.

What if I change my mind?

Please email us as soon as you determine you no longer want the item.

What if I need this tomorrow?

We will do our best to get items shipped timely. However if the need requires the book be overnighted or next day aired you will be responsible for those charges.
