When you order your Goliath-sized frozen latte with a shot of hazelnut and whipped cream, an orphan child across the globe receives an education, a remote village receives food, a third-world hospital receives medical supplies. Every dollar you spend allows the Global Café to donate funds to mission’s around the world. Because of your support, the café is able to support Marie Jaunie Ambrosie, an 11 year old girl from Grand Goave, Haiti. Her picture is displayed in the café along with all the other missions the café supports. Almost $1,600 has been given to support mission trips to Africa, Haiti and Guatemala. The café has been able to donate over $200 in food items to the Westerville Area Resource Ministry (W.A.R.M.); contribute to care packages sent to our troops overseas, and provide lunches, snacks and drinks to various Mission and benevolence projects here at WCC. These are the lives that are touched. So drink up and go order a bagel....you never know whose life you could change.
