John Chilcote - Minister of Worship & Arts
John joined the staff at WCC in 2003.  He has served as worship leader, guest soloist, and speaker at various events around Ohio. John is connected with various worship ministries and networks including the Worship Mentor Network and Kingdom Synergy Partnership.  From 2008-2010, he was the director of the Round Lake Worship Retreat.  John is passionate about local churches growing in their understanding of worship while maintaining their identity as individual congregations.  John has a Bachelor of Music in Voice from Ohio Wesleyan University (2000) and a Masters Degree in Worship Ministry from Hope International University (2007).  John enjoys writing and arranging music, camping and hiking, and rooting on the Loveable Losers, the Chicago Cubs.  John and his wife Nicole have been married for 10 years and have two children.  Their daughter Reese is 3 years old and their son Haden is 2 months.
